In 1974, Fred and Rita Warshaw , and Jim and Rose Copp opened their first travel office, ALL-WAYS TRAVEL, in San Dimas, California. The partners decided to concentrate sales efforts toward the leisure traveler and to especially concentrate on cruises, an emerging market. As the agency expanded, seven additional offices were opened and subsequently sold. All but two of the sold agencies remain in business today. The original San Dimas location moved to La Verne in 1991 and the Upland office, opened in 1979, remains at its original location, the Mountain Green Center.

Fred and Rita's son, Jack Warshaw continues the business today with the aid of many loyal employees and his mother. His business philosophy is much the same as outlined in 1974 - but incorporates new technology and changes in the market.
